3 ways to combat bullying: 

Power: Know your own power and don't be afraid to use it. 

What are your unique strengths? Everyone is different, celebrate your own powers.

Compassion: For others and ourselves. 

Keep in mind that the person bullying is trying to show their power, when in fact they are feeling weak. You are not at fault for their anger or whatever feelings are being directed at you. 

Support: Before, during and after. 

Talking about the experiences and asking for help is a sign of strength not weakness. Vent, share or ask advice, know that you are not alone in your situation and connecting with others can add to your power.

Let's put a strong stop to bullying! 

Share a photo, video or story portraying being strong or overcoming a bullying situation.

Bullying can come in many forms and the strength you used to stay powerful is uniquely yours. Together we can celebrate being brave, strong and uniquely you!
